It is time to get serious now only 8 weeks from today 🙂 left to get ready. I am up for the challenge!
After this week I am definitely tired! But overall, I am feeling good. Some general muscle fatigue but no strains of any kind.
Here is what I did:
Tuesday: Bike 45 mins – 13 kms
Wednesday: Running 31:30 – 3.2kms – one minute faster then last week
Friday: Bike 38 mins – 12.5 kms
Saturday: 45 – 13 kms – intervals – Yoga at the beach 🙂
Goals for the Week: Jun 27 – Jul 3
Running – get out there – Mon, Wed, Fri – Since I haven’t been running, just getting out there and getting my legs used to the effort will be the goal for this week
Biking – Tues & Thurs – just 30 minutes – Saturday Casorso rd hills – work on getting faster and further in the 30 minutes – intervals
Swimming – Tues, Wed, Thur – 45 Mins – hoping to start lessons this week to work on my form. work on getting stronger 400-500 meters
Focus on getting faster and stronger, staying healthy and getting enough sleep!
