Here is what I got done!
Sunday – rest day
Monday – 25 min Swim – 30 min run
Tuesday – 60 mins bike ride – Chiro
Wednesday – Rest, Ice and Meds
Thursday – Massage and Chiro
Friday – Rest, ice and meds
Saturday – Kicked ass on the ride – tackled the first section of Knox mountain, it is a big hill and it will be an ongoing challenge, but the first section is know to be part of the triathlon.
Things I learned this week:
- Rest is sometimes good! So is massage and chiropractor
- Don’t rest on Sunday, change rest day to monday.
Goals for the Week July 24-31
Running – mon, wed & fri work on speed
Biking – 30 mins rides X3 during the week
Swimming – Every Morning at least 45 mins in the pool. It is all about the practice now!
Yep it is the same thing as last week…the intention is complete this time! 🙂 Starting off on a good streak this week, looking forward awesome things!
