For Instant Energy

Sometimes all we need to make it through the rest of the day is a little extra energy!
This is a simple way to recharge with excellent results, I so this many afternoons, you know around 3:00 when your energy is low and you just feel like a nap!
Try breathing the yoga way.
  1. Sit in a chair and inhale deeply.
  2. Then, exhale slowly and drawing your navel to your spine.
  3. Next, inhale and take about 15 short puffing exhales.
  4. End with another deep, long inhale and exhale.
  5. Repeat up to three times
