March 14 – Cantaloupe Pomm berry Smoothie

The Cantaloupe gave a really nice sweet taste to the smoothie.  I did end up topping up the blender with some extra Mixed berries cos there wasn’t enough 🙂

 

Cantaloupe Pomm berry

1 cup Water

1/2 cup no sugar Vanilla yoghurt

2 small/1 large Banana

1/2  fresh Cantaloupe

1 cup frozen Pomm Berries (Strawberry, Pomegranate, cherries, blueberry)

1 cup frozen Mixed Berries (raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, blackberry)

handful of ice

Blend until it is the texture you want

 

This morning I was in a rush to get out the door and I did not have time for breakfast.  In steps my single shake maker and a green smoothie.

Spinach Banana Mixed berries

1/2 of water

2 tsp Greens+

1/2 banana

1/2 cup Spinach

1/2 cup Mixed Berries

couple pieces of ice

Shake, Spin and Go
