March 15 – Tomato Cucumber Spinach Smoothie

It is not all about the fruit! Even though fruit is a great place to start.  This is a great raw smoothie, almost like a soup.

 

Tomato Cucumber Spinach Smoothie

1 large Tomato

1 large Cucumber

1/2 medium Zucchini

2 cup Spinach

1 small glove garlic

1 cup Water

Blender until it is as smooth as you want it!
