March 2 – Mixed Berry Smoothie

I want to try and have a different combination each day… that could prove to be tricky…  but I am game for trying.  I definitely need to get to the grocery store.

Mixed Berry

1 cup Water

1/2 cup no sugar Strawberry yoghurt

2 small/1 large Banana

1 cup frozen Mixed Berries (blackberry,raspberry, blueberry)

handful of ice

Blend until it is the texture you want

Super easy to make!
