March 4 – Mango-Orange Smoothie

Finally got into the fresh fruit… so many delicious combination you can make, it took me 30 minutes to decide.  This one has a very mild favour, I lot different from what the other smoothies have been.  I think next time I will add some mint.   The amounts I am using are enough for two larges glasses or 4 small ones.   We usually have this as breakfast or a snack, really it is almost a meal 🙂

Mango-Orange Smoothie

1 cup Water

1 cup no sugar Plain yoghurt

2 large Mangos

1 medium Orange

1/4 cup Agave syrup

1/4 tsp Vanilla

handful of ice

Blend until it is the texture you want
