February was not a successfully month for me 🙁 An injury to my foot is keeping me from running. So it has been challenging to stay motivated. But not one to dwell we are changing it up a bit for the Month of March.
This Month’s main challenge will be Food. Yep you heard me right. Specifically RAW Food.
Some people might want to try a month of completely raw food, that is a personal decision. I am going to recommend 50% or higher. At different times I have been as high as 75% depends on the different things happening in my life at the time.
For this month my personal challenge will be 50% or higher. And a raw smoothie per day. I am going to take and post pictures and you can follow me on twitter at #DivaSmoothies

The Action Plan: Beginner Plan for individuals who have been exercising for several months, but are new to running.
- Week 1 – 3 or 4 times a week walk 20 minutes and run 10 minutes
- Week 2 – 3 or 4 times a week walk 18 minutes and run 12 minutes
- Week 3 – 3 or 4 times a week walk 15 minutes and run 15 minutes
- Week 4 – 3 or 4 times a week walk 13 minutes and run 17 minutes
At any time, you don’t feel strong about moving to the next level, report your current week.
