My Raw Food Coach

In the last several years I have been working on creating a holistic lifestyle, changing my career, changing where I lived, changing my relationships.

I was still a big mess when it came to my own health. Like most coaches I was not able to admit there was a problem until then (Aug 2008).

I was overweight, living on caffeine and take out foods. I had been living with awful PMS and menstrual cramps and almost weekly migraines. After making all the changes I had, it was time to tackle the most important part of my life – ME.

I know myself well enough to know that I needed to find something that could become part of my life. I didn’t ever want to come back to this place, make the changes and move forward. I worked on it for a while on my own, eating out less, getting rid of the caffeine and starting to exercise more. While I did make some progress I wanted more.

In the summer of 2009 things just started to fall into place. They say, “when the student is ready the teacher will appear.” It was the perfect time for me to meet Guylaine Lacerte. As I got to know her and she told me more about herself and her coaching practice I was intrigued and started to read more about Raw Food Diets. Her website, www.rawfoodpath.com, has a lot of great information.

When the opportunity came for me to become client I jumped right in. It has not been easy for me to make the transition but Guylaine is always there with a kind word, heart centered and inspirational affirmations to get you through. She makes sure that I am focused on moving forward and she holds me accountable to get it done.

Six months later, I have never had so much energy and vitality! I am actively training for my first triathlon, much to my surprise I actually like running! 🙂 I have a ways to go , but I am most happy for the support and assistance that Guylaine has provided.
