SO much that has been written about the wisdom of “going within” but when it comes to practicing, many feel like a fish out of water. You’re not sure if you’re “doing it right” and that is when second guessing and discouragement shows up. The urge to jump back into habits is at its strongest.  Most often the old habits include some level of relying on outside resources for direction, validation, feedback and reassurance. These methods can actually slow us down or be impediments on the path to your purpose.

Join Lori and her guest, Lee Beaven, while they talk about some fun and innovative ways to engage your inner genius on a day to day basis setting you up for a smoother ride through life’s inevitable transitions.

Show Notes:

Lee Beaven has been a coach since the 1980s, before the profession of coaching really had a formal name.  She happily landed in a company that developed and lived a values culture and whose priority was on individual development for all of their employees.

This environment  allowed the space for  Lee’s inherent talents of coaching, training and development to flourish.  She had a knack for training and coaching in a way that lead people to authentic and lasting learning. Along with putting the focus on people’s natural strengths, she practiced “management by inquiry” which lead people to self discovery…an art that all masterful coaches practice.  Through this serendipitous career and her natural positivity, Lee had discovered and developed a key passion and has been following this passion in some capacity ever since.

In addition to being an ICF credentialed coach, Lee followed her inner promptings to study acting. She discovered that the gifts that come from the art and process of acting, align perfectly with coaching.

One of her favorite quotes: “Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, he eats for life.” Her mission is to empower all of her clients to know the language of their inner wisdom.

In addition to coaching individuals and small businesses, Lee conducts individual and group workshops by phone on topics such as:

–   Inspired Navigation – Engaging your Intuition

–   Passion & Purpose – Exercises to Discovery

–   Clutter Clearing – Creating Space from the Outside In

–   Communication Coaching – The Art and Science of Sales and Management

Groups are forming for the summer and fall 2014. You may also form your own group around those topics.   E-mail Lee to learn more at:
