What is hidden in your Extreme Treasure Trove?

When you read the title, what did you think about? Pirates and lost teasure? I bet you could picture in your mind a island in the middle of a tropical paradise, white sandy beaches, gaint towering palm trees, maybe a tree house, a hidden water fall perhaps?

Following a yellow stained crumbled map with faded drawings, with a big X marks the spot in the middle…

You spend a few hours in the hot sun, following the map and then another back breaking hour, digging with your bare hands in the sand, until finally you hit something solid…. just as you are about to open the treasure chest you wake up from your dream…

Don’t you just hate it when that happens? You never actually GET the treasure. Or can you?

When I was thinking about writing this article, I worked hard to find the exact words that would describe in very clear terms exactly what I wanted to explain. You really could have your very own Treasure Trove, it just takes some planning and systems.

First things first: The definition of Treasure Trove: a discovery of great value in a hidden place

Now you might be asking what all this has to do with Extreme Self Care, so lets get to that part.

As humans are first instinct is survival and we spend 90% of our time doing just that. Working so that we can earn money, so that we can pay rent buy food, survive. We are singularly focused much of the time. So how would you break out of that in a very extreme way? How could you free your mind and energy to allow more creative and productive pursuits?

The solution is easy: Systematic Extreme Reserve or a Treasure Trove in the cupboard!

There are many areas that you can apply these principle and you will need to fine tune it to your personal lifestyle and environment.

Here is a sample from CoachU.com
