  1. North Wootton, despite its proxmiity to King’ Lynn, has a rather sad record of connection to the Internet by BT.The tiny little cottage exchange tucked away just off the Y-junction has apparently not yet even been listed by BT for supporting other service providers as apparently has been dictated by Statute to open up the market and the monopolies .Speaking purely from memory of past researches I undertook, there are around 1,600 2,000 users of Broadband locally.Occasionally I get up to 400 or so on my download speed, but it is much more typically 275 or less, which is at least an improvement on my nominal 56 I got on dial-up from around 1998.And being out in the sticks , we obviously are not potentially profitable enough to rate any interest by Fibre-Optic broadband cable suppliers.Anyhow I’m obviously just talking to myself here right now, so hope we North Wootton Computer-Literate folks might get some sort of communications going The way the weather forecast and the Season is, it might be a tad more comfortable and easier option than chatting over the fence to our beighbours

  2. I saw Carrie in concert last November when she came to Penn State. My mom, sietsr, and all my aunts came, so we made a girl’s weekend out of it 🙂 She was AMAZING, I cried when she sang How Great Thou Art, and didn’t even care that I was in public, it was that good!
