Marianne Williamson

Marianne Williamson was born in July of 1952 in Houston, Texas. She is an internationally acclaimed author, spiritual teacher, lecturer and founder of the “The Peace Alliance” and “Project Angel Food”. She has published ten books and six of her books have been New York Times Best Sellers. Her book, “The Age of Miracles: Embracing the New Midlife” spent five weeks on the New York Times Best Seller List and “A Return to Love” is considered a must read of the New Spirituality movement.

Her other books include “A woman’s Worth”, “Illuminata”, “Healing the Soul of America” and “The Gift of Change”. She has appeared on television programs such as Oprah, Larry King Live, Good Morning America and Charlie Rose. In 2006, a Newsweek magazine poll named Marianne as one of the fifty most influential baby boomers.
