I love this one, feels so good! I see my cats doing it all the time, they must like is as well!
Step 1 – Down on all Fours, neutral Back
Step 2 – Lift your head and chest to the ceiling
Step 3 – lower your head and stretch your back
Step 4 – back to the start
Just watch your cat 🙂
