Yoga – Cobbler’s Pose

It is said that this pose helps with circulation, mild depression, menopause and menstruation and of course stretches the inner thighs, groins and knees. Do be careful with your knees, as always if you experience any pain stop.

Baddha Konasana – Bound angle pose – Cobbler Pose

1. Sit against wall.

2. Press feet into each other, grasp the hands over the feet. Lock the fingers by pulling the feet closer and placing the heels against the perineum.

3. Shoulder blades pressed flat into wall & downward to arch lower back.

4. Press Knees to the floor

5. Hold for 30 seconds * don’t forget to breathe*
